Write a specification for the general relationship model that allows networks to be created for data, entities, etc.
Specifically, include:
 - What data specifically needs to be stored.
 - How that data will be organized (i.e. edge lists, weights format, etc.)
 - Standard algorithms that we will need to implement on the data.
