Given a search keyword, can return a list of results containing that tag.
Specifically:
 - interface with returns results is defined. In particular, i believe that this should use something akin to an iterator interface so that we can return only some results, and should be extensible to allow asynchronicity
 - coordinate with content view so that your test search results page links to the content view pages for the guids of the content you return
